1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the X Beat platform and all its services. By registering on X Beat or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

X Beat is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. Our services are available only in countries where online betting is legally permitted.

X Beat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be informed of any changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration

To open an account with X Beat, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete information — providing false details may result in account closure.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your mobile number and email address must be verified.
• Your account must be registered in your own name — accounts opened under another person's name or a fictitious identity are not permitted.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact X Beat Support immediately. X Beat will not be liable for any loss resulting from a shared password.

3Age Verification

X Beat serves adult members (18+) only. Providing false information about your age when registering is strictly prohibited.

X Beat reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Any one of the following documents may be required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driver's License
• Birth Registration Certificate

Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold if verification is incomplete. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed and their balance forfeited.

4Deposit Policy

To make a deposit on X Beat, please follow the rules below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳5,00,000 (may vary by VIP tier)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted

Successful deposits are usually credited to your account within a few minutes. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team with a screenshot of your payment.

5Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply to withdrawals from X Beat:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Processing time: typically 1–3 hours (VIP members receive faster service)
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, the option to cancel it is limited

Withdrawal Verification

Account verification is mandatory for large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more). This is done for your own protection. There may be a brief delay during the verification process, but once approved, payment is processed promptly.

X Beat actively works to prevent money laundering. Suspicious transactions may require additional verification and could be reported to the relevant authorities.

6Betting Rules

Keep the following general rules in mind when betting on X Beat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled
• Odds may change before an event starts — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, X Beat reserves the right to void the affected bet
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet stake will be refunded
• There may be delays in live betting — depending on your internet connection and server load

Casino Games

Casino games are operated through third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules, displayed when the game loads. All games are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified — every outcome is entirely random and unbiased.

7Bonuses & Promotions

X Beat offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified amount (typically 10–30x the bonus value)
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of being credited
• Maximum Bet: A maximum of ৳500 per bet may be placed from bonus balance (unless otherwise stated)
• Eligible Games: Bonuses may not be available for use on all games

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on X Beat and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or fraudulent information
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Participation in match fixing or illegal betting syndicates
• Sharing your account with others or operating someone else's account
• Exploiting technical glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Placing bets using automated bots or software

If a prohibited activity is confirmed, X Beat reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and may inform the relevant legal authorities.

9Account Closure & Suspension

X Beat may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found
• If identity verification fails
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority

You may request account closure at any time. To do so, email our support team. If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus balance), it will be refunded.

10Responsible Gaming

X Beat is strongly committed to responsible gaming. Betting should be fun, not stressful. We offer the following tools free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session
• Account Pause: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 months
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account permanently or for an extended period

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the support team first. The support team will respond within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with their decision, you have the option to escalate the matter to management.
